Availability

Field trips are available Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m, and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For groups of 10 or more, please schedule a visit at least two weeks in advance.

Cost

Indiana Experience student group visits are $3.50 per student with one free chaperone admission for every 10 student admissions. Additional adults are $6 per adult and $5.50 for seniors.

Hands-On History Youth Programs are $5 per student, which includes admission to the Indiana Experience, or $2 per student without an Indiana Experience visit. One chaperone is required for every 10 students. When an Indiana Experience visit is part of the field trip, additional adults are $6 each, or $5.50 for seniors.

Identify at least one preferred visit date and the group’s estimated arrival and departure times.

Send us a reservation request including your school or organization name, contact person’s name, address, phone number, e-mail address, at least one choice of visit dates, desired arrival and departure times and a list of preferred activities for the group. Please let us know if you need a lunch space.
