This collection consists of a business ledger (c. 1871) for Rhodehamel and Bro. The first page of the ledger contains the names N. A. Rhodehamel and S. R. Rhodehamel of Iowa City, Iowa.
According to a note accompanying the ledger, "It looks as tho [Soloman and Benjamin] let the daughters paste clippings in part of it. My aunt Florence wrote her name in front in 1882." Florence's signature gives the location Piqua, Ohio. The ledger contains newspaper clippings pasted onto pages 1-8 and 13-16 (pages 9-12 are missing). Also included in the collection are loose clippings found in the ledger.
