historiCAL SKETCH

The Ku Klux Klan was formed in Georgia in 1915 and became a prominent national organization in the 1920s as an advocate for native-born, white, Protestant Americans.  At its height in 1924, the Indiana Klan had more than 300,000 members, although it quickly declined after scandals in the mid-1920s.

Klan Unit 90 of Odon, Indiana, in Daviess County, was part of the Realm of Indiana.
