SCOPE AND COPNTENT

This collection consists of one item, a transcript prepared by John C. Woodard, JP, of a Marion County suit by Joseph Cutshaw versus Lewis E. Francis and John E. West, filed 25 August 1882

Cutshaw, employed by Francis and West to assemble flour barrels, complains that hoops furnished to him were unplaned and unfit for use, and that part of his earnings (one half cent per barrel) was withheld.
