BIOGRAPHiCAL SKETCH

Sanders was a physician in Perryville, Vermillion County, Ind.; and an investor in land in White County, Ark., Greely and Lincoln counties, Neb., Butler and Miller counties, Mo., and Stuartburn, Manitoba, Canada.

SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE

The collection includes Sanders’s correspondence and legal documents relating to his land investments (1907-13); personal correspondence of his wife (1905-10); and letters, receipts, and other business papers of the Charles English family of Vermillion County (1806-53).
