The Laughery Association was founded in 1818 as an association of Baptist churches in Dearborn, Ohio, Ripley, and Switzerland counties, Indiana.
The collection consists of correspondence, communications, and reports from churches affiliated with the association. Included are original letters (1818–1851) and copies of letters (1816–1879) from the collection at Franklin College, Franklin (Johnson County), Indiana.
