Terminal Tower, an office building often mistaken for Cleveland Union Terminal, was the dominant feature of the terminal complex, which also included other office buildings, the Hotel Cleveland, Higbee’s Department Store, and Cleveland’s main post office. Union Terminal was entirely within the complex and shared an entrance lobby with Terminal Tower.
