In preparation for the event, please take a few minutes to review the information below. You'll receive hard copies of these materials on the day of the contest.

Please arrive at the contest's judges registration room before 8 a.m. on the day of the contest to meet your fellow judges and get instructions for the day. Coffee and snacks will be provided at each orientation, and lunch will be provided for all volunteers following morning judging.

North District Contest

St. Mary's College, February 15
Judging orientation in Student Center
Park in parking lot next to Student Center.

Central District Contest

IUPUI, March 15
Judging orientation in Lecture Hall 101
Park in visitor's parking garage marked 'XB' on the linked map and get parking validated at lunch.

South District Contest

Brown County High School, April 12
Follow signage to find judges' room.
Park in school parking lot.

State Contest

Marian University, May 3
Judging orientation in Marian Hall, follow signage to find judges room.
Park in a 'C' or 'CR' lot closest to Marian Hall.
